How to resolve issue with "You are no longer on a paid plan

Hi there, I’m getting this message:

You’re no longer on a paid plan
This project uses rules and custom fields, which are paid features.
Upgrade to get access.

I wanted to remain in the free version after my trial, and I do not know how do I proceed because I currently could not get into my projects to remove any custom fields that are paid features.

Also, I’d need some help with which custom fields are for paid versions, so that, I would know what to remove.
Again, firstly, how do I get into my projects to remove those fields, would be the first issue to resolve.

Welcome, @聲峰1,

I’m afraid you won’t be able to access custom fields, even to remove them, unless you are on a paid plan. That applies to all custom fields you created or added, except perhaps for Priority. (Note that standard metadata fields like Created on and Completed on remain.)

You can ask Support if they will remove Custom fields for you; they might: Create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
