Cannot convert Subtask to task

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

Steps to reproduce: The collapse for the tasks which contain subtasks is not showing. I am also unable to drag and drop subtasks so that they become tasks

Browser version: Chrome 83, Mac Mojave

Hi @anon82601657, welcome to our Community Forum. I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with subtasks. I’ve not been able to replicate this issue on our end, so if you don’t mind, I’d like to get some additional information to investigate this for you:

• Have you tried this in a different browser or incognito window?
• When did the problem start? Were you able to see the collapse icon before?
• Are your colleagues experiencing the same issue?

Also be aware that when you drag a subtask out of a task, if you drop it in a section, the subtask stays a subtask and becomes a task as well. If you drop it outside of a section, the subtask becomes a task
