Can I automate adding any existing or new tasks that include a specific word into a project section?

I’d like to collate all tasks from an Ads Project that feature the word ‘plastic’ into the ‘Plastic Topic’ section of a Comms Project. So it’s cross-project. I’d love if the Comms board can auto populate, rather than needing to add all individual Ad tasks to the Comms Project.

Perhaps a workaround to ‘catch up’ is to search for all Ad tasks that include the word ‘plastic’, and batch add them to the Comms Project? But won’t solve on an ongoing basis.
