We use the Asana forms for the company to submit bugs with our team but not everyone who uses these forms have access to Asana. Is there a way for the submitter to remove a form they submitted when they do not have access to Asana? Sometimes these people are able to solve these bugs themselves and do not need further assistance.

Regarding your question, no, a form submitter who is not part of the organisation or has access to Asana will not be able to access their submitted form or edit it in any way.
