Both shortcuts are working on my Mac and my husband windows laptop, so sounds like @lpb could be right. I suspect it could be related either to the OS or a browser you’re using.
@Sarah_L, could you please reach out to our support team with the following info:
- Name and version of your browser
- Can you confirm if you’re able to reproduce the issue in a private/incognito window?
- Could you also share a screencast? In your video screencast, we recommend that you use a Chrome Incognito window and have your Javascript console open to help us catch any error message.
