My Home Tab is not working, is showing nothing. Is there a current problem?

Good day everyone! I am encountering an issue with the Asana desktop/web app where the homepage does not display properly—it appears blank. This issue is isolated to my account; my teammates are not affected.

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps including:

  • Rebooting my PC.
  • Using a different PC.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
  • Using the web version of Asana.
  • Clearing browser cache and cookies.
  • Ensuring my internet connection is stable.

I have also confirmed that my desktop app is up to date. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I have already submitted a support ticket to Asana, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.

There are no error messages; the homepage simply does not load any content. Could someone please provide further suggestions or troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue specific to my account? Thank you.

Chiming in to say that some members of my team are also experiencing this. Doesn’t seem to affect other areas of the product and seems to be affecting users on all major browsers and app users in Mac and Windows.

Hi everyone, sorry for the delay! This bug has already been escalated to our Developers, and they’ve identified the root cause. They are aiming to have the fix rolled out to all users soon. I’ll keep you posted with any updates.

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing similar issues with Asana not loading properly for me and my team members. Has this problem been resolved for anyone else? I opened a support ticket several hours ago but have not heard back.

Still not working for me!

Still an issue here on 10.09.2024. Never knew this was a problem until this evening all my desktop and web apps are showing blank. Would love to following the Support team instructions but can’t even log in to the link @Vanessa_N shared.

Hi, I’m having an issue similar to Maurene_Cruz where Asana only shows nothing. I did all the troubleshooting but no luck. Could we fix this?

Same problem here, using the web version on a mac with both Safari and Firefox. Troubleshooting steps unsuccessful.
