Asana Desktop/Web App Not Displaying Homepage

Good day everyone! I am encountering an issue with the Asana desktop/web app where the homepage does not display properly—it appears blank. This issue is isolated to my account; my teammates are not affected.

I have attempted several troubleshooting steps including:

  • Rebooting my PC.
  • Using a different PC.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
  • Using the web version of Asana.
  • Clearing browser cache and cookies.
  • Ensuring my internet connection is stable.

I have also confirmed that my desktop app is up to date. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I have already submitted a support ticket to Asana, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.

There are no error messages; the homepage simply does not load any content. Could someone please provide further suggestions or troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue specific to my account? Thank you.
