I’m having a support issue - the exact one that’s found here: Asana is not loading
However, I don’t know if this was ever resolved. Many people on my team are facing the same issue. Is there a fix?

Hi @michaellyons and thanks for reaching out. Loading issues can have many different root cause, so this other thread isn’t really helpful here, but i’m happy to look into this for you.
The fact that several peole are experiencing the same issue indicate there might be something in your IT set up preventing you from connecting to Asana.
Are you having the issue yourself? If so, could you run this test and let me know what the results are? https://connectivity-test.asana.com/
Looking forward to your reply!
Hi Marie - thanks for the quick response. I actually was able to resolve the issue by turning off my AdBlocker (using uBlock in case any others are experiencing the same issue). Another team member was able to fix it by updating their Chrome browser while another was able to fix it by disabling some specific settings in the AdBlocker. One team mate is still having some issues after trying some of the other fixes. I’ll see if she can post her comments below for more specific feedback.
Wow, well played everyone! And yes, feel free to tell your colleague to post some more info below, we’ll be more than happy to help!
Yikes! Asana won’t load for me despite trying all above solutions. I’ve disabled AdBlock for everything matching *.asana.com
and made sure that Chrome is up to date (Version 84.0.4147.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)
).
Here’s what I get at https://connectivity-test.asana.com/ :
There’s also an error in the console when I get the grey screen of death:
Blocked script execution in 'https://app.asana.com/-/page_load_cookies?sync_cluster=prod&shard_id=1140703746699693' because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set.
Please help! We’re considering implementing Asana as a central tool at our business, but we need to make sure we can trust it as a reliable tool
Can you confirm this is also happening with a private window?
Are you using a firewall?
Are you the only person affected in your Organisation?
Oh! It does load in an incognito window. As far as I know, I’m the only person affected.
Disabling the https://tandem.chat extension seems to have solved this for me
