Asana not loading in chrome or microsoft edge

Hi there,

Asana is not loading in any of my browers but is on my phone. I’ve done all the steps including cookies, browsing history and it’s still not working. I’ve run a test, see screenshot below. Can anyone help?

From what I can see it looks you’re having an issue with websockets. I would recommend to:

  • Contact your IT department and direct them to this article to diagnose the issue. They can check if your corporate firewall could be interfering with the connection. In this case, allowing .asana.com and .sync.app.asana.com should be sufficient
  • You may need to update your anti-virus or firewall to the latest version to ensure that it’s not blocking your connection
  • If you’re still seeing our top bar announcement or experience issues, contact our Support Team.
