Best Practices for open-ended Marketing/Prospecting campaigns?

Hi, I’m a proposal manager on a BizDev team that is just starting to adopt Asana for our proposal cycles, but we’re also looking at trying to set up some open-ended campaign type projects for marketing and outreach tasks related to our client verticals.

Rather than re-invent the wheel on our own, I hoped some folks here had some ideas and tips to share with setting up something like this to facilitate maximum adoption - i.e. make the team’s work easier rather than just giving them more “paperwork” to fill out before executing a task.
