I was able to create many tasks amd add attachments yesterday using the same webhooks.
I recreated them but no events are fired.
Not working anymore.
Is there a Asana issue today?
Please help.
Thanks

Having issues with the webhooks as well… Setup is fine, but I just don’t get any events firing. Always just the empty trigger for checking if the server is still listening for events. No actual events coming my way though… Reregistered the webhooks too, didn’t help.
This is major league trouble, as we are relying on the webhooks to fire
Thank you for your reply. I recreated them. That works and I log the .json coming into the api as always on registering the webhook. So the webhook is created and last error logged time shown as blank on Asana API response.
Apart from that nothing is coming in anymore.
Really don’t know what to do. I logged a ticket.
My Webhooks that connects to Asana also stopped completely from working yesterday on Jun 7th. There is no way to make them work. I also logged a ticket to Asana as I realized that “stories’ tasks” did not work properly . They took too long to get updated. Today Jun 8th, that matter has been solved, but Webhooks still do not work.
No luck yet? Have you tried recreating the webhooks?
I’m not getting luck on approval changed or stories still.
No response on the ticket logged either
Just want to add that my WebHook has also stopped working. Heartbeat evens are received and handled, but nothing else.
Same here. Are they aware and looking into this that is the question. I recreated one of my webhooks now but still no success on stories or approval changes on tasks. Heartbeat going like you mentioned, but nothing else.
I’m not aware of any webhook issues with our Flowsana integration (which has many thousands of them) but nonetheless I’ve raised a flag on this with folks at Asana.
Thank you @Phil_Seeman
Same behaviour here, tried recreating the webhooks, tried creating a new project and registering a new webhook, but still same only registration and heartbeats received. Looking forward to any insights for this, thanks for raising it @Phil_Seeman
In my case I am using one single webhook, so there is no chance the problem is caused by limits being reached.
We are heavily using Asana webhook in my company and I can confirm their down since June the 6th around 5PM (GMT+1). Last OK at 5:02, first KO at 5:06 (Webhook are still triggered but all payload are empty since this moment)
We are also heavily using webhooks, and also noticed a significant break on June the 6th that seems to persist . We see very odd behavior with some (newer) projects and (newer) users still working.
I have submitted a support ticket and also involved our CSM
@JFrentz are you seeing any webhook issues?
No; just the limits you illustrated.
Hi, thank you for reporting this and sorry for the delay.
We think we have identified the issue and are now rolling out a fix. I will update here once we’ve confirmed.
A fix was deployed about 30 mins ago. We expect the problem to be resolved.
Thank you for your patience.
I confirm the problem appear to be fixed.
Thanks so much. Awesome news!
