Wanted to close the loop here by posting a link to this message which describes webhooks we may have dropped during this incident.
We plan to update this with a postmortem after we do a deeper analysis of the issue.

I also confirm that all our webhooks work fine in my company from Tuesday 11th. Thanks very much for your help
I need to unfortunately report that intermittent WebHook failures are still popping up over the last 48 hours. Yesterday the problem fixed itself eventually, although lost events were then reported multiple times. Right now, as I am writing, today’s events are instead completely missing.

Same for me unfortunately. It does seem to be intermittent. Got a few events thru but for the others I expected nothing.

Hi, are you seeing certain types of events you saw missing? The previous outage was for webhooks which filter on story or task types.
Hi @John_Baldo . It seemed okay this morning and yesterday afternoon but since about 3 hours ago the issue is back. Missing events are on approval, attachment and comments added. Basically, the same as last time but it seems intermittent at present.
