Asana Support - where is it ?

How do we now contact a real person to talk about changes/issues with the system.

I tried to email the support line and this has bounced back and all the documentation online says use the chat line - but guess what it is AI.

Are Asana in financial difficulty ? have they removed their entire support team ? Does anyone know what is going on please, how do we log a ticket.
