This might be a mis-configuration rather than a bug, since we haven’t received other reports about rules issues recently.

To contact our Support team, please do the following:
- Access asana.com/support
- Select “I’m having trouble with”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Let’s talk”
And to expedite your request, I recommend including the following in your message:
- Screenshot of the rule settings of the rule that is not running
- A task URL link of a task where the rule should have run
