Asana recently made some nice updates to how rules are created and managed in projects. Here’s a video I made showing how to use the new conditions and branching logic.
Enjoy!

I am trying to set up Asana in my organization. I own a travel agency, which runs multiple trips (projects) at any given time. These trips are in different stages of development at any given time. Some tasks due dates are based upon the previous task being completed. Some tasks are based upon the Trip Date (either trip start or trip ending). I am guessing I can set up an automated template but I have watched multiple tutorials and templates and continue to be confused. Really want to integrate Asana into my business but I think I need some help getting this up and running. Can I set up a one one one meeting with someone from Asana.
Hi @Trisha_Pergande I don’t work at Asana but I am one of their approved Solution Partners. You’re welcome to book an intro call with our team here if you’d like to get some help with your account set up and rules.
Welcome, @Trisha_Pergande,
I don’t believe Asana offers single-meeting consulting (unless you’re a nonprofit, then see the Asana Advisors program).
Asana Services and Solutions Partners are available to help you and we’re all listed here:
You can find me at:
Thanks,
Larry
I set up an account and signed up for an introductory call. I was charged for the call but was not provided a way to sign up. Please advise.
I will follow up with you directly via email.
