- (Personal) Assignee sharing confirmation before new task access: When you assign a task to someone who doesn’t already have access, Asana now shows a confirmation prompt so sharing is more explicit before the task is sent.
- (Personal) Microsoft 365 single sign-on: Asana now supports Microsoft 365 as a native sign-in option for admins and users.
- (Personal) Project notifications to Slack channels: You can now choose which project notifications are sent to Slack channels, and the setup also lives in Asana instead of only in Slack.
- (Personal) Subtask management view controls: The task detail pane now has better controls for dense subtask lists, including options like hiding completed subtasks and sorting.
- (Personal) Command+F search in pages: Pages now support Command+F search with match counts, highlighting, and next and previous match navigation.
- (Personal) Collaborative editing: Multiple people can now edit Pages and task descriptions in real time, with concurrent changes resolved automatically.
- (Personal) Keyboard navigation between tasks in board view: Board view now supports keyboard-first navigation between tasks. This includes moving cards between columns and editing titles without using the mouse.
- (Personal) Desktop app v2.7.1: The desktop app now includes bug fixes, an Electron 41.1.0 update, and ends support for Windows 32-bit.
- (Starter) Default team privacy to Request to join: New paid domains now default teams to Request to join instead of Public, helping admins start with tighter privacy settings.
- (Starter) Status update templates: Teams can now create reusable templates for status updates to make project communication more consistent.
- (Asana Gov) Microsoft Teams integration for Asana Gov: Asana Gov users can now connect Microsoft Teams with Asana to create tasks, add messages, and send notifications.
- (Advanced) Teams as reference custom field values: Reference custom fields can now accept teams as valid values, expanding the kinds of objects you can select.
- (Enterprise) Default license assignment for add-ons: Admins can now set add-ons to turn on by default for new users, reducing manual license assignment work.
- (Enterprise) Portfolio Script Actions: You can now run custom Node.js scripts as portfolio rule actions for more flexible automation.
- (Enterprise) CSV export for capacity plan allocations: Capacity plan users can now export allocation data to CSV for analysis in spreadsheets and BI tools.
- (Enterprise) 640 KB Pages: Pages now support a 640 KB text limit for longer content and documentation.
- (Enterprise) AI Teammate team access requests: Team admins can now approve AI Teammate team access requests through the existing approval flow.
