Asana page is not loading. It just keeps on circling for hours.

Did you try other browser? Did you try clearing your cache? Incognito mode?

Yes I did. I tried Firefox, Edge, Opera…
Yes, I cleared my browser’s history - cache, cookies and closed and open browser…

My hunch is that an antivirus is probably causing this issue but in order to investigate this further, can you please contact our support team and confirm the following information:

  • URL of this thread
  • Confirm if you have an antivirus and which one you have
