Hi there! I am using Asana to manage and streamline marketing requests. We are using a request form, which then populates a board that allows us to move it from 'in progress" to “completed”. I am wondering if there is a way to set up a workflow so that when the task is complete, it pings the original person/email of the person who submitted the form/request to let them know it is now complete. Same thing for the “in progress” bucket. This would reduce our need to manually communicate the status.

You can either set something up with Zapier / custom fields trigger or Flowsana will allow you to set this up as well, see Send completion notification to person who submitted a form - #4 by Phil_Seeman
