“Asana needs to be reloaded” error when trying to open the site after troubleshoot ALL steps

“Asana need to be reloaded” error message whenever trying to login to Asana in Chrome. I’ve gone through all steps:

  • Cleared Cache
  • Removed Chrome extensions
  • Updated Google Chrome browser
    I still get the error each time. It works on other browsers, but not Google Chrome incognito mode.

Error message in full is:

Asana needs to be reloaded

Welcome to the forum, @ryan134! If you’ve already tried those steps, your best bet is to submit a ticket following the steps below. There’s not much users in the forum can do to assist, as there doesn’t appear to be a broader outage currently.

having the same issue, no advice from asana support yet and I’m the only one in my org experiencing. very frustrating I can’t complete my job :frowning:

I am now getting this every morning. The only solution is to manually delete my asana cookies.
