I built a ‘Priority” column for “My Tasks”. This has worked for the past year or so, and today all my tasks are in the “No Value” area. When I look at the task, the Priority is still set, and when I try to update it to any other priority, it does not move. This is only happening in Chrome. I have cleared cache/cookies in Chrome, and it is updated. Edge works fine.
Asana "My Tasks" are only showing in the "No Value" area instead of the Priorities I built for them.
Hi @Max_Strange This is most likely a Chrome-specific display issue in Asana, especially since everything works correctly in Edge and the data is still intact. When tasks all show under “No Value” and don’t update properly, it usually means Chrome isn’t rendering or syncing the custom field correctly. Try opening Asana in Incognito mode to check if a browser extension is causing the issue, and do a hard refresh (Cmd + Shift + R). If it works in Incognito, an extension is likely the culprit. Otherwise, clearing site data specifically for Asana or temporarily using another browser is the best workaround until it’s resolved.
