Priority levels not showing when navigating to "My Tasks"

I was hoping someone could help me solve the following:

I have added the priority column to each one of my projects and assigned all my tasks different priorities within those projects.

I have also added the priority column to the “My Tasks” page. I have grouped by “Priority”.

However, despite having assigned priorities to all my tasks within projects and adding the priority column to the “My Tasks”, all my tasks showing on the “My Tasks” page have no priority value and are under the heading “No value set”

Can anybody suggest a possible solution?

Hi @CALVIN_JOHNSTON and welcome to the forum! There are two types of custom fields: project-specific fields and organization-wide custom fields which live in your “custom fields library”. It sounds like this custom field is a project-specific field in each of the two projects, so it’s really two different fields, hence why the value is not showing up in the other project.
