Priority levels not showing when navigating to "My Tasks"

I was hoping someone could help me solve the following:

I have added the priority column to each one of my projects and assigned all my tasks different priorities within those projects.

I have also added the priority column to the “My Tasks” page. I have grouped by “Priority”.

However, despite having assigned priorities to all my tasks within projects and adding the priority column to the “My Tasks”, all my tasks showing on the “My Tasks” page have no priority value and are under the heading “No value set”

Can anybody suggest a possible solution?
