Maybe I’m being silly here, but I can’t figure out how to add a rated question to my Asana form/survey. I.e, rate the quality of this question using a call of 0-5 - 0 being poor, 5 being excellent.
I hope that makes sense.

The only way you can do so is by manually inserting a question with a single select field and list the fields 1 to 5 with what they mean.
This will enable you to then calculate the rating at the back end.
Currently, the forms do not have the native feature to insert likeret scale or NPS or NES scores.
