Hi @Myriam_de_Roo, theOutlook web version and desktop application are completely separate, so you need to install it separately on your Outlook app! Have a look at the steps this user followed to install the Asana addin on his Outlook desktop app. Note that theAdin won’t be compatible with your app if you’re using an On-premises Exchange Server, you can learn more about it here.
