Browser is not a problem - Asana Dropbox works fine in browser.
I can’t get it to work(login) in Asana desktop App.
How can I clear cache or something in app?
Hi @Adrian3, thanks for writing back. The best way to clear all cached data and cookies is by uninstalling and reinstalling the Asana desktop app. Before reinstalling, you can try the following:
Simply close and reopen the app. This can help resolve many temporary issues or glitches.
Log out, then log back in to Asana.
Check if you are using the latest version. If not, update it as this may also help resolve issues (Reinstalling the app also ensures you’re its latest version.)
