Asana & Dropbox - can't login

Hello,

It used to happen sometimes, but now it’s happeninig constantly.
I can’t login via Asana to Dropbox:

  • window to login opens
  • I try to login, but I get back to “sign in to dropbox to continue”
  • Next try to click “sign in” opens window, which closes automatically.
    Any ideas?

Browser is not a problem - Asana Dropbox works fine in browser.
I can’t get it to work(login) in Asana desktop App.
How can I clear cache or something in app?

Hi @Adrian3, thanks for writing back. The best way to clear all cached data and cookies is by uninstalling and reinstalling the Asana desktop app. Before reinstalling, you can try the following:

  • Simply close and reopen the app. This can help resolve many temporary issues or glitches.
  • Log out, then log back in to Asana.
  • Check if you are using the latest version. If not, update it as this may also help resolve issues (Reinstalling the app also ensures you’re its latest version.)

I did reinstall and still the same :confused:
App downloaded from page, so gotta be up to date.
