Hi team,
I’ve been having trouble the last couple of months with display size for my Asana Desktop App. I can’t adjust the display size through the usual ways:
- Ctrl + scroll wheel on the mouse
- Ctrl ++ or Ctrl –
Am I the only one facing this issue with the desktop app?
Any help would be appreciated!
Many thanks in advance

Hi @Rodrigo_Giraldo Rodrigo,
**1.**Check the display settings of the operating system. Sometimes, changing the display scaling percentage (e.g., from 10.0% to 125% or vice versa) can resolve issues related to app scaling.
**2.**Ensure the Asana Desktop App is updated to the latest version.

Hi Zaki,
Many thanks for responding. I have the latest version of Asana installed and the display settings didn’t fix the problem of allowing me to zoom in our zoom out at my discretion.
Can you think of anything else that might be the problem?
Best,
Rodrigo
I have this issue as well. I cannot increase the size, and uninstalling/reinstalling doesn’t work.
Thank you! I haven’t been able to find a solution to this, and glad I’m not the only one with this issue
I was able to address my problem by clicking “CTRL” + “0”. I think it basically resets it to normal.
Thank you, I also have tried this command and cannot manage to have the zoom in or zoom out function work on my desktop version.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling too with no success
