Our IT department is currently implementing TeamDynamix as the system for submitting service requests. We would like to keep service requests to one system – whether it be maintenance requests, IT service requests, or requests for Marketing Material.
I am hoping that someone can tell me that it is possible for TeamDynamix to speak directly to Asana to create projects from tickets submitted in TeamDynamix – and then for Asana to update statuses in TeamDynamix.
Is that possible?

What you can do is search for existing integrations on Google, then search in Zapier-make.com etc and then as a last resort find out if your tool has an API. If that is the case then potentially anything is possible!
