Asana client process - best practice

Just wondering how you all go about working inside Asana once a client has hired you? What’s your process?
Do you create a workspace for the client, which you then can leave completely after handover?
When in the process do you ask client team members to join the workspace so you can assign them to tasks?

Hi @Simon_Knudsen
Great questions and Emily have shared some insightful posts.

It all depends on the nature of your consultancy and the clients you deal with.

If your consultancy is based on providing an outcome they need to carry business as usual, then look at creating workspaces or organisations for them so you can handover.

If your consultancy is based on providing support and asana is more about your own client management, you can look into the project per client or team per client within your own space.

Hope this helps.
