Templates can only be applied to project level - it would be extremely useful to be able to assign template to tasks and subtasks via rules and automation instead of manually selecting while creating manually each new tasks - not including this in automation is a feature that Asana should include

Task templates can be applied via rules using the “Set task type to” action.
