Really need Multiple forms within a project. One form is very limiting for what we want to do. Is there an update on this? Is development moving forward with this? I think there’s quite a bit of people requesting this ability.

Form branching is awesome, but not available to Premium users. I may be able to get around only have one form per project if branching was available to Premium users. Which I hope you guys highly consider. I miss the days before Business 
How many votes are required before a change would be made? Agree with many that one form is not very useful. If this is not changed the only option is to use external sources which takes people away from Asana. We would prefer an “all-in-one” solution and this functionality would be invaluable - it could replace google forms altogether. This would be a gamechanger for us and would make the switch to business from premium worthwhile.

I am commenting just to also share that our team would love to see multiple forms on a project and also conditional logic if possible! Forced to explore alternatives to using Asana forms currently because of these limitations.

I have no faith that this will make a difference at all, but the 105th person to request a highly practical and useful feature that was suggested over a year ago.

Same here, our team would benefit a lot from having multiple forms in a project. The current state is very limiting indeed and pushes us to look for other tools to fulfill our needs

Sometimes the whole “community” idea of Asana seems more like a place for them to announce, and us just listen… I’d sure love to see something more akin to Webflow’s community where it is a true “vote” for features and the developers tag out “in development” “planning” “in backlog” etc. We’ve been waiting for a “my tasks” improvement for years, now wishing we’d have moved on… or at least been given an honest clear road map

I agree - this is a huge need for us. We would love to route all of our form information to one project but unfortunately we have to create separate projects for each.

Totally agree with all here. Multiple Forms is the way to go for all the reasons outlined. We need to pull and push data (from Asana to Salesforce mainly) via forms in an onboarding process. It’s a must.
Oh, and a clunky work around would be to push the data from one form via a project set up as a board into another project. Clunky but it would work.

We just moved back to Asana from Jira and I was really excited to see forms as an option. Then I disappointed when I was not able to create different forms for the various requests we receive. Our team functions in multiple different capacities and enjoy that we can break our workflows out into different areas of the same project. It would be a major game-changer if we could have forms for each type of request we receive. Then I would use rules to route them to the proper area of our project.
I too wanted to add my vote to this. Multiple Forms is critical for our organization.

I desperately need multiple forms for one project and am so surprised it’s still not possible after years of people requesting it. I might have to switch platforms if this isn’t implemented soon!
