When building rules, Asana shows a host of “External actions” in the Actions portion of the rule builder:
However, that list contains a bunch of apps that have not been approved for use in our environment, or they are for tools we don’t use at our company.
It would be great if I, as a super admin, could curate the list that appears in the “External actions” menu, so my user base doesn’t get presented with a bunch of integrations that we either don’t support or don’t want them to use.
A simple multi-select list of apps on some page within the admin console where I can check off the apps we don’t use, would be all I’d need. I’d even be okay with new external integrations being enabled by default if that satisfied a business need on Asana’s end to promote further integration and satisfy its integration partners.
