Please enable rule creators to name other users that are allowed to edit their locked rule.
Having a second editor will enable us to access rules during absence of the rule creator.
Similar to the custom field logic, Asana Admins should be allowed to override locked rules.
Both adjustments would simplify offboarding processes significantly.
