Allow Board view columns to be associated to a custom field's options, similar to sorted sections in List view

Nice one, @lpb , I was about to do the same.
I think we should also merge this one here too:

Link board column and section names to user selected field or custom field

This would allow users to set (and change as required) standard workflows across multiple projects as they see fit without the need to use multiple unnecessary rules every time a new project is created. In my opinion this is how sections / board columns should have been implemented in the first place. The flexibility and ease of use would have been amazing.

Continue to default board view columns to match list view’s sections, but also enable alternate choices, for example, that the columns could correspond to a chosen select custom field’s option values. For example, if the project had a Priority single-select field I could choose it and the columns would be High, Medium, and Low.
