Hi there. I have 80 Asana Enterprise licenses to work with atm in a much larger organisation. I have PMs in the Programme Team of 80 looking to track their project plans including the allocation of tasks to team members who are not in Asana; allocating tasks to unlicensed users in your organisation is not possible it seems (which makes sense). Has anyone used any work-arounds to bridge the gap in early implementation stages of introducing Asana to your organisation? e.g. an unlicensed team member custom field? These ‘unlicensed’ team members don’t need to see or interact with Asana. Thanks!
Hi @Madeleine_Burrows , since you are on Enterprise, I recommend you get in touch with your Asana Account Executive or Sales rep and ask them to explain and enable ‘View-only licenses’ for you, which are currently rolling out in beta.
