Alerting entire org of an update

We have an open Portfolio which the entire organization can view. We put up bi-weekly status updates but have noticed that no one from the organization that is not specifically added to any project/board receives an alert.

Is there a way to alert the entire organization of an update?

Or can anyone subscribe for an update from a particular board whenever a status is updated without having to join the board explicitly.

We tried to capture this at the portfolio and at the board level to no success.

Admins in Enterprise and Enterprise+ subscriptions can use the admin announcement feature.

Other workarounds are to have an “all-staff” team or project.
