I am testing out the portfolio update feature. I am sharing the portfolio with my team and with my organization (view only). I have the notification settings configured for my team to receive updates, but not my organization. However, to the right of the + Add recipients and Post buttons on the draft update screen, it says “46 people will be notified” which is everyone in my organization.
If you’re sure of your settings, I’d say that would be a good question for support.
