Hi @Christian_Bailey, can you please forward this to our support team (How to contact our Support Team ✉) along with the URL of the tasks satisfying your search request as I’m unable to reproduce the issue to describe.
In the example below I have created a “Role test marie” custom field. When I search for tasks including no value for this CF, all tasks satisfying this query are returned. Sounds like your issue may be specific to your custom field, but our support team should be able to investigate this further.
Support finally responded after two working days, but misunderstood the issue. I replied right away but it’s now another weekend plus a full working day with no response. Is anyone else seeing long delays in responses from support?
