Hi there, I have a large complex project with many sub tasks. I cant seem to find a way to add sub tasks to a project except manually going in to each and every sub task details screen and adding it. With hundreds of sub tasks this will be horribly tedious. Is there a better way?
Also as I continued to use this, if you do add it to the project manually it appears manually at the top of the project, not as a sub task. This means that sub tasks are not connected to their tasks in timeline view, so will never appear in the right place as I add them. I must be missing something about how this is supposed to work?

That is a known limitation of Asana. By design subtasks are not part of the project. Look for the thread « automatically add subtasks to project » to join the discussion.

Hi @Rob_Cooper1, welcome to the Community Forum
As @Bastien_Siebman mentioned, this is a popular request in the Forum. You can find the full product feedback thread and upvote here: Timeline - Schedule Subtasks
I hope this helps!
