Hi @Rashad_Issa and @Shahlla_Karmali , our Developers let me know that the recently released improvements to the add-in should have resolved the attachment issue.
If you’re still running into problems, it could mean the add-in hasn’t updated yet, or there may be some cached data that needs to be cleared.
As part of the update, a new message was added to the attachments field:
“Uploading email attachments may require additional access permissions.”
