Add scoring to a form that was submitted

I set up a form for an application, but once it’s submitted someone on our team scores it according to our rubric. I have two questions:

  1. Is there a way to add those fields to the form so they’re automatically pushed into the task for the reviewer? Google says I can’t add hidden fields to a form.

  2. Is there a way to have the scores add up into a total?

so you want the form submitted to answer a question, and the answer goes into a field?

yes with a formula custom field, assuming all your scores are numbers

I want the reviewer to be able to score each application that comes in through the form using fields to enter in the different scores and then have it add up. We don’t want to have to add the fields into every Asana task [person] that comes in, so I’m wondering if there’s a way to have those fields embedded when the application responses come into a task.

An application will become a task in a project, so this project can have score custom fields. Each task will display those fields.
