If you did invite them, even if they didn’t receive the email, they still should be able to login.
I have created a new workspace where a link to the project comes, namely to the project where they are needed, they cannot log in because the link simply does not come
I have seen other people complain about those invite emails not being sent out. If you invite anyone from the project or from the Admin Console, they simply can log into Asana on their own and they will get access to that space or project.
