I see the nice graphs and everything and i see how many tasks/projects are completed with the task number count but add the functionality to see which projects are actually completed. Add in the function to export how many are outstanding/completed.
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, @anon96005191! As it stands, it’s currently not possible to export Dashboards to Excel. As a workaround, you can click through the Charts to see the data in List view and export it to Google Sheets:
I hope this helps!
Is there a limitation with getting the dropdown on the search results to export? I am trying to run a dashboard report to show all of the company wide projects that are not marked complete as part of a clean up process and we have 982 projects but I never get the down arrow as an option to allow export.
I’d love to see an option to export Asana dashboard data (including charts, widgets, and visual summaries) directly into Excel. Right now, only the project data can be exported, which means dashboards have to be rebuilt manually in Excel for reporting purposes.
Having a way to export the dashboard visuals themselves (or a structured version of them) would make it much easier to create consistent reports, share updates with leadership, and combine Asana insights with other data sources.
Thank you for considering this enhancement.
Hi @Gabriel_Wallaker , welcome to the forum ![]()
I’ve merged your post into this existing thread. If you have PowerBI in your org, and you are on an Asnaa Advanced plan or above, you may consider using the Asana<>PowerBI integration as a solution which works very well. You can then share charts from PowerBI dashboards into Excel, Powerpoint and other 365 apps.
