We are a service Department that works from tasks/projects set up from many teams.
I am trying to get a report of all projects, per fiscal, so I can do a YOY look at project count increases.
I create a dashboard:
Report on “Projects”
Include from “Organization”
Axis “Team” * I have to pick something so this is best choice*
Axis "Project Count’
That shows me thousands so I filter DATE to
8/1/21 - 7/31/22
Then I duplicate and make that one 8/1/22- 7/31/23
Soon as I add the dates it takes me from 500-1.6k per team down to like 20. Massively messing with my dataset. Beacause our work comes in from 7+ teams as well as projects I start I really only have asana as a tool to get this KPI.
I think its got something to do with that it me you pick START or DUE dates on the filter, but even then it should not be eliminating so many projects.
What is going on?
