Hi, I was selecting several tasks lines on my project. After that I change one date, and forget I was still on the previous selection, so all my dates were modified.
How can I rollback on that and undo the changes on all my tasks ?
I know similar matters have been raised previously, but maybe since then a new feature might help that issue.
Welcome to the forum, @Sarah_Ouagueni! Usually, a toast pops up in the bottom left of the screen telling you that x changes were made with a little undo button. AFAIK, that is unfortunately the only way currently to reverse actions natively. I’d recommend voting for this topic, which has been tagged considered, so there’s hope that Asana will consider addressing it in the future:
Hello and thank you @Stephen_Li ! Indeed, I do know of the popup on the bottom left corner of the screen, but it was too late once I realized my mistake. Thanks for the link on the voted spot, I did add my voice. Hopefully it will arrive one day as a new functionality on our Asana’s !
Regarding the issue of a toast appearing in the bottom left corner of the screen when changing due dates for multiple tasks, it didn’t appear in Asana (using the Edge browser).
(The same issue occurs in the Asana app.)
Is this a settings issue?
Hi @Sarah_Ouagueni , sorry ot hear about your troubles. I agree with @Stephen_Li to vote on that thread but until then, for what it’s worth, you can go to your Display settings to extend the time for how long these undo pop ups appear for.
