Has anyone experienced issues with workflow automation in the past couple of days?
Without making any changes to the settings, I’ve noticed an issue with my translation request workflow. Normally, when a request is submitted via the form, it automatically generates a task in three languages (English, Japanese, and Korean), and each language-specific subtask is assigned to its respective project.
However, now when a task comes in, it no longer gets assigned to all three language projects as expected. Instead, it randomly enters just one of them. As shown in the attached screenshot, all three languages should display messages like “Asana has created a private task” and “Asana added to X language”, but this is no longer happening.
We haven’t changed any related settings, and the workflow has been running smoothly for a long time until yesterday. Upon checking, all settings appear to be correct. Could this be a bug on Asana’s end?
