Why can’t my colleagues see the Templates I added to our organization?

Hi there,
I’ve created several templates and added them to our organizational list of templates. I can see them there clearly when I create a new project, but one of my colleagues cannot - any ideas why?

Hi @ArslanAsh, maybe check the status of your project template. Is it public or private to your colleagues i.e. to your project members? You can find more info on project templates here. Hope this helps, Dominique

Hi @ArslanAsh,

@anon97473515 is right, in order for your colleagues to see the template, they must either:

  • Be a member of the template
  • Or the Template must be pubic to a team they belong to
