I use Asana also for capturing team meeting minutes and I use multi-homing to add specific topics from development projects to this Meeting Project. After the meeting I want to send a summary via “Messages” and I wonder why I can chose some tasks from the right panel and others I have to add by using the @. How can I get the tasks to the panel so I can drag and drop them to the minutes?
Indeed, I don’t know why some appear and others don’t.
You can copy and paste the list by selecting all the tasks, Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V, and this will automatically create links.
Here’s an idea, as I also use multi-homing a lot for meetings: you could have a special section for minutes, which might make it easier to find an old one.
