Hi, I created a work back schedule for my team that will have also tasks assigned to people from other teams in my company. At the same time, we have a calendar that everyone have access to that will feature few of the tasks that are part of the work back schedule that I created. Is there a way that I can connect the two projects?

If I understand you correctly, this could be accomplished with multi-homing
“Connecting” these projects could be accomplished by setting up a rule that does the multi-homing after certain trigger happens. Like when a task is moved to a specific section, or a custom field gets a specific value, etc.

“Multi-homing” in @Jan-Rienk’s good reply means simply that a task can be a member of more than one project at a time, a powerful but simple feature to address needs exactly like yours that crop up often in implementing standard operating procedure workflows in Asana.
