When do you need a part-time or full-time Asana champion?

This is a topic that is often overlooked by clients: deploying a new work management system requires what we call Champions. A champion can train new hires, follow the roadmap, define best practices, maintain the account…

But the question is: when do you need a full-time or even part-time Champion in your team?

One recent example I have is a company with 500 Asana licenses and a part-time Asana “Super Champion”, surrounded by a few “Champions”.

We have also seen up close that companies with more than 50 licenses need at least one champion being identified as such by the entire company.

Do you have an Asana champion in your company, or have you considered bringing one on board? Share your thoughts!

We are rolling out Asana company wide and to support that we have a System Admin and Asana Champions. We are establishing a network of Asana Champions so that each major department that will be high users of Asana has a representative that is more highly trained and can assist with questions, best practices, etc.
