When creating subtasks within task templates, and then adding to the appropriate project boards Asana does not consistently add to the boards

When creating subtasks within task templates, and then adding to the appropriate project boards (within each subtasks) Asana does not consistently add subtasks to the boards when the template is launched. Some are there, others are not. We have had this issue repeatedly arise for our team. We have built approx 20 or so templates and this issue has come up repeatedly.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a template
Add multiple subtasks
Go into each subtask and add to a project board
Launch template

Browser version:
Microsoft Edge
Version 111.0.1661.62 (Official build) (64-bit)

Consistent issue for MAC as well

What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)?

Hi @Emily_Lewis1, sorry to hear about this trouble! I’ve tried several times, but I can’t seem to be able to replicate this issue on my end. I believe our Support team would be better equipped to investigate this since they have access to account information. If you run into this issue again, would you be able to contact our Support team and share with them the IDs of the tasks in question, as well as screenshots of the issue before you correct the task?
