Template sub-tasks

Hi
I’m trying to create some template tasks and projects for my team.
The problem is when I create a subtask in a template task I cannot add it to another project from the template. If I create the template from an existing task I can’t sest relative due dates which I also need.
Is there a workaround for this?

Hi @Lauren_Beech, welcome to the Asana Community Forum

You can add the subtask to another project while editing the task template by opening the subtask and using the Tab + P shortcut. The project field will open up and you can enter the project name

You should also have the option to add a relative due date if the task is a template task. See the screenshot below. Could you please share a picture of what you’re seeing?
